AccountGuard identifies Red Flag activity surrounding your customer accounts
by detecting suspicious changes to Address, Name Line, and their Online
Password. Bank employees can check account change status prior to issuing
replacement cards or statements.
AccountGuard tracks all your customer account maintenance on a daily basis.
It provides authorization oversight by “Passing or Declining” the change.
You can set the system to view just the critical changes and exceptions
as well. Graphs show you frequency comparisons.
Letter notifications can be generated and sent to the customer when changes
are made to their account. The changes can include Address, Name Line,
or any other condition that changes.
